Preparing meals that are warming, restorative, and easy to digest, using whole, seasonal, intentional ingredients that support healing.
Mineral-rich broths, collagen, quality proteins, herbal infusions, ginger, turmeric, and slow-cooked vegetables all work together to replenish the body while reducing the work of digestion.
When the body isn't asked to work so hard processing food, it can direct more of its energy toward repair, renewal, and recovery.

Services may include meal planning, grocery sourcing, meal preparation or meal delivery.
When desired, I also prepare nourishing extras such as homemade stocks herbal infusions, collagen-rich snacks, healing teas, and other restorative foods rooted in ancestral traditions.
For postpartum families, traditional mother-warming treatments can be part of your care.
