Regenerative Nutrition
I believe that nourishment is more than just calories or macros—it’s a relationship. My approach as a nutritional therapist, personal chef and folk herbalist is rooted in holistic, ancestral wisdom, using seasonal foods, simple techniques, and intentional rituals to support the body, mind, and spirit. I teach regenerative cooking practices that not only nourish you deeply, but also honor the earth—choosing ingredients, methods, and rhythms that give back, minimize waste, and reconnect us to the land and traditions that feed us.
