Meet Michelle Linden
Holistic nutritionist, personal chef, menopause coach, folk herbalist, and postpartum care provider, Michelle blends ancestral food wisdom with modern nourishment. With a background in Waldorf early childhood education and a deep love for healing through food, she helps women reconnect to their kitchens, their well-being, and their wild, radiant selves—one nourishing meal at a time.
